Business Water
Business Water was deregulated for businesses in April 2018 and it's estimated 74% of companies are paying high variable rates. We are able to introduce you to a trusted water supplier, which will save you money.
Switching water suppliers allows businesses to explore competitive pricing options and potentially secure better rates. Different water suppliers may offer varying pricing structures, discounts, or tailored packages, enabling businesses to optimise their water costs and generate savings on their utility bills.
By switching water suppliers, businesses can choose a supplier known for providing superior customer service, efficient billing processes, and responsive support. This can lead to a smoother and more streamlined experience in dealing with water-related queries, concerns, or issues, saving businesses valuable time and effort.
Different water suppliers may offer additional services or solutions tailored to specific business needs. For instance, some suppliers may provide water management tools, water efficiency audits, or conservation programs that help businesses reduce water consumption and operate more sustainably. Switching suppliers gives businesses the opportunity to explore and benefit from these value-added services.

Business Water Deregulation
Business Water Was Deregulated in 2018
There were some changes to the water market in England in 2018, allowing non-household customers to switch their water and wastewater suppliers, it did not result in full deregulation. Non-household customers, including businesses, charities, and public sector organisations, gained the ability to choose their water supplier, but this option was not available to household customers.
Changes In The Industry To Business Water
The deregulation primarily applies to non-household customers, including businesses, charities, public sector organisations, and other eligible entities. Household customers, however, were not included in the deregulation and do not have the option to switch their water supplier.
